GRETNA – A financial company is seeking more than $16,000 in sums due.
TD Auto Finance LLC filed a complaint on Dec. 4 in the 24th Judicial District Court against Meaghan R. Bird.
According to the complaint, the plaintiff is seeking damages for sums due on an open account. The suit states the defendant has failed to pay off the balance on an account. The plaintiff is seeking $16,283.02 plus interest, amd claims that despite amicable demand the plaintiff has not been paid the balance owed.
The defendant is accused of sums due on an open account.
The plaintiff is seeking all reasonable sums due, attorney fees and court costs. The plaintiff is represented by Gregory Eaton of Eaton Group Attorneys LLC in Metairie.
