NEW ORLEANS – A company is seeking more than $11,000 in sums due on an open account.
T. Baker Smith LLC filed a complaint on Nov. 29 in Orleans Parish Civil District Court against Salas & Co. LLC.
According to the complaint, the plaintiff is seeking damages for sums due on an open account. The suit states the defendant has failed to pay off a balance due on an open account. The plaintiff is seeking $11,069.57 plus interest, and claims they have sought amicable demand but to no avail.
The defendant is accused of sums due on an open account.
The plaintiff seeks all reasonable damages, court costs, attorney fees and all appropriate relief. The plaintiff is represented by Taylor Granger of Neuner Pate in Lafayette.
The case has been assigned to Division L Judge D. Nicole Sheppard.
