GRETNA – A portfolio company is seeking over $2,700 from a customer.
Portfolio Recovery Associates LLC filed a complaint on Dec. 10 in the 24th Judicial District Court against Edward Drevar.
According to the complaint, the plaintiff is seeking damages for sums due on an open account. The plaintiff is seeking $2,775.76 plus interest, and alleges that despite making amicable demands, the defendant has failed to pay off the balance owed.
The defendant is accused of sums due on an open account.
The plaintiff is seeking all reasonable sums due, attorney fees and court costs. The plaintiff is represented by Laura Sims of Rausch Sturm in Enterprise, Alabama.
The case has been assigned to Division D Judge Scott Schlegel.
