GRETNA – An LLC is seeing more than $1,300 in sums due on an open account.
CPT Community Owner LLC filed a complaint on Dec. 10 in the 24th Judicial District Court against Stephanie Dixon.
According to the complaint, the plaintiff is seeking damages for sums due on an open account. The suit states the defendant has failed to pay off a balance of $1,364.90 plus interest in sums due.
The defendant is accused of sums due on an open account.
