GRETNA – A funding company is seeking over $1,700 in sums due.
Midland Funding LLC filed a complaint on Dec. 10 in the 24th Judicial District Court against Juan Delarosa.
According to the complaint, the plaintiff is seeking damages for sums due on an open account. The suit states the plaintiff has been seeking payment from the defendant for the balance of $1,748.98 plus interest. Despite amicable demand, the plaintiff has yet to receive the funds owed.
The defendant is accused of sums due on an open account.
The plaintiff is seeking all reasonable sums due, attorney fees and court costs. The plaintiff is represented by Gregory Eaton of Eaton Group Attorneys LLC in Baton Rouge.
The case has been assigned to Division H Judge Glenn Ansardi.
