Condo's HOA is seeking more than $11,000 from resident

GRETNA – A condo is seeking more than $11,000 in sums due.

Gardenia Ridge Condominium Homeowners Association Inc. filed a complaint Dec. 10 on in the 24th Judicial District Court against Jennifer Barran. 

According to the complaint, the plaintiff is seeking fees owed by the defendant for condominium fees and assessment of the Gardenia Ridge Condominium. The defendant is allegedly indebted for $11,074 plus interest.

The defendant is accused of sums due on an open account.

The plaintiff is seeking all reasonable sums due, attorney fees and court costs. The plaintiff is represented by Paul Carriere of Favret, Carriere, Cronvich LLC in New Orleans.

The case has been assigned to Division B Judge Cornelius Regan.

The 24th Judicial District Court Case No. is 790223.
