Discover Bank is seeking more than $22,000 in sums due, claiming that a customer was negligent in the balance owed despite demands

GRETNA –Discover Bank is seeking more than $22,000 in sums due.

Discover Bank filed a complaint on Dec. 11 in the 24th Judicial District Court against Eric Manuel.

According to the complaint, the plaintiff is seeking damages for sums due on an open account. The suit states the plaintiff has sought amicable demand but to no avail and that the defendant is indebted to the plaintiff for the balance of $22,511.29 plus interest on a Discover credit card.

The defendant is accused of sums due on an unpaid account.

The plaintiff is seeking all reasonable sums due, attorney fees and court costs. The plaintiff is represented by Everett Altdoerffer of Stephen Bruce & Associates in Edmond, Oklahoma.

The case has been assigned to Division M Judge Henry Sullivan Jr.
