GRETNA – A funding company is seeking more than $75,000 from a customer.
New Day Funding LLC and NDF Partners LLC filed a complaint on Dec. 13 in the 24th Judicial District Court against Ishmael A. Raoof and Kimberly Daste Raoof, nka Kimberly E. Daste.
According to the complaint, the plaintiff is seeking damages for sums due on an open account. The plaintiff alleges the balance owed is $75,966.32 plus interest, and that they have made amicable demand but to no avail.
The defendant is accused of sums due on an open account.
The plaintiff is seeking all reasonable sums due, attorney fees and court costs. The plaintiff is represented by Richard Rozanski of Wheels & Rozanski in Alexandria.
The case has been assigned to Division J Judge Stephen Grefer.
