GRETNA – An LLC is seeking more than $1,400 in sums due from a Kay Jeweler's account.
DNF Associates LLC filed a complaint on Dec. 13 in the 24th Judicial District Court against Mario Cloffer.
According to the complaint, the plaintiff is seeking damages for sums due on an open account. The suit states the defendant has failed to pay off the balance of $1,471.51 plus interest. The balance that has been accumulated is from a Kay Jeweler's account and, despite amicable demand made on Aug. 30, 2018, the defendant has failed to pay off the balance due.
The defendant is accused of sums due on an open account.
The plaintiff is seeking all reasonable sums due, attorney fees and court costs. The plaintiff is represented by Gregory Eaton of Eaton Group Attorneys LLC in Baton Rouge.
The case has been assigned to Division J Judge Stephen Grefer.
