Midland Funding seeks more than $9,000 on open account

GRETNA – A funding company is seeking damages for more than $9,000 in sums due.

Midland Funding LLC filed a complaint on Dec. 13 in the 24th Judicial District Court against Janae Perrier.

According to the complaint, the plaintiff is seeking damages for sums due on an open account. The plaintiff has been seeking payment for a consumer loan account. The defendant allegedly has accumulated an outstanding balance of $9,180.37 plus interest. Despite amicable demand, the defendant has failed to pay off the balance owed.

The defendant is accused of sums due on an open account.

The plaintiff is seeking all reasonable sums due, attorney fees and court costs. The plaintiff is represented by Gregory Eaton of Eaton Group Attorneys LLC in Baton Rouge.

The case has been assigned to Division N Judge Stephen Enright Jr.
