GRETNA – An LLC is seeking more than $1,600 in sums due on a Kay Jeweler's account.
DNF Associates LLC filed a complaint on Dec. 13 in the 24th Judicial District Court against Kawana Magee.
According to the complaint, the plaintiff is seeking damages for sums due on an open account. The suit states the defendant has failed to pay off the balance due on a Kay Jeweler's account. The account is in the balance of $1,629.83 plus interest. The plaintiff has sought amicable demand on Aug. 30, 2018, but to no avail.
The defendant is accused of sums due on an open account.
The plaintiff is seeking all reasonable sums due, attorney fees and court costs. The plaintiff is represented by Gregory Eaton of Eaton Group Attorneys LLC in Baton Rouge.
