GRETNA – A funding company is seeking more than $2,000 in sums due.
Midland Funding LLC filed a complaint on Dec. 13 in the 24th Judicial District Court against Jean Cadet.
According to the complaint, the plaintiff is seeking damages for sums due on an open account. The suit states the defendant has failed to pay off a balance on a Westgate account. The plaintiff is seeking damages for the balance of $2,013.86 plus interest. The plaintiff has sought amicable demand as of September 12, 2018, but to no avail.
The defendant is accused of sums due on an open account.
The plaintiff is seeking all reasonable sums due, attorney fees and court costs. The plaintiff is represented by Gregory Eaton of Eaton Group Attorneys LLC in Baton Rouge.
