Suntrust Bank seeks more than $24,000 on unpaid auto loan

GRETNA – A bank is seeking more than $24,000 in sums due from a customer who failed to pay an auto loan.

Suntrust Bank filed a complaint on Dec. 13 in the 24th Judicial District Court against Miguel Angel Rivera Vallafana.

According to the complaint, the plaintiff is seeking damages for sums due on an open account. The suit states that the defendant has been negligent on the payment of a Rick Hendrick Dodge Chrysler Jeep Ram account. The plaintiff is seeking payment in the balance of $24,137.10 plus interest. The plaintiff has made amicable demand but to no avail.

The defendant is accused of sums due on an open account.

The plaintiff is seeking all reasonable sums due, attorney fees and court costs. The plaintiff is represented by Gregory Eaton of Eaton Group Attorneys LLC in Baton Rouge.

The case has been assigned to Division L Judge Donald Rowan Jr.
