Law firm seeks over $93,000 in sums due from condo association

GRETNA – A law firm is seeking over $93,000 in sums due.

Gardner & Kewley, a Professional Law Corporation filed a complaint on Dec. 13 in the 24th Judicial District Court against Chardonnay Village Condominium Association Inc.

According to the complaint, the plaintiff is seeking damages for sums due on an open account. The defendant has failed to pay off the balance of $93,062.21 plus interest on an account. The plaintiff has sought amicable demand as of Aug. 30, 2018 for the services that they issued, but to no avail.

The defendant is accused of sums due on an open account.

The plaintiff is seeking all reasonable sums due, attorney fees and court costs. The plaintiff is represented by Leonard Levenson in New Orleans.

The case has been assigned to Division K Judge Ellen Shirer Kovach.
