ATM provider says Butcher Boy Supermarket breached exclusivity contract

GRETNA – An ATM company is seeking damages for breach of contract after a customer allegedly breached their business agreement.

ATM Worldwide LLC filed a complaint on Dec. 17 in the 24th Judicial District Court against Trosclair & Sons LLC, dba Butcher Boy Supermarket.

According to the complaint, the plaintiff is seeking damages for an incident that took place subsequent to April 12, 2012 when the plaintiff entered into an agreement with the defendant. According to the agreement, the defendant was required to only do business with the plaintiff. However, the defendant went into business with a third party, thus breaching contract with the plaintiff. The plaintiff is seeking reparation for the damages suffered by the breach of contract.

The defendant is accused of breach of contract.

The plaintiff is seeking all reasonable sums due, attorney fees and court costs. The plaintiff is represented by Paul Carriere of Favret, Carriere, Cronvich LLC in New Orleans.

The case has been assigned to Division P Judge Lee Faulkner Jr.
