Gulf Coast Bank and Trust seeks more than $274,000 on mortgage

GRETNA – A bank is seeking more than $274,000 in sums due on a mortgage.

Gulf Coast Bank and Trust filed a complaint on Dec. 17 in the 24th Judicial District Court against Shano Enterprises LLC.

According to the complaint, the plaintiff is seeking damages for sums due on an executory process. The plaintiff claims they are owed $274,606 plus interest. Despite amicable demand, the defendant has failed to pay off the balance due.

The defendant is accused of sums due on an executory process.

The plaintiff is seeking all reasonable sums due, attorney fees and court costs. The plaintiff is represented by Wayne Maiorana Jr. of Newman, Mathis, Brady & Spedale in Metairie.

The case has been assigned to Division G Judge E. Adrian Adams.
