Quicken Loans seeks more than $95,000 on mortgage in default

GRETNA – Quicken Loans is seeking more than $95,000 in sums due on an unpaid mortgage.

Quicken Loans Inc. filed a complaint on Dec. 17 in the 24th Judicial District Court against Darian Langston.

According to the complaint, the plaintiff is seeking damages for sums due on an unpaid mortgage. The suit states the defendant has failed to pay off a mortgage in the amount of $95,189 plus interest of 4.125 percent on the balance owed. The plaintiff alleges the defendant has remained negligent in the balance owed despite amicable demand.

The defendant is accused of sums due on an unpaid mortgage.

The plaintiff is seeking all reasonable sums due, attorney fees and court costs. The plaintiff is represented by Jason Smith of Dean Morris LLC in Monroe.

The case has been assigned to Division L Judge Donald Rowan Jr.
