GRETNA –A medical rehab company is seeking more than $3,200 in sums due.
Eastbank Medical Rehab LLC filed a complaint on Dec. 19 in the 24th Judicial District Court against Brandon Collins.
According to the complaint, the plaintiff is seeking damages for sums due and breach of contract. The suit states the plaintiff has sought payment in the balance of $3,257 plus interest but to no avail.
The defendant is accused of sums due and breach of contract.
