Collections agency seeks over $15,000 on open account

GRETNA – A financial company is seeking more than $15,000 in sums due.

Portfolio Recovery Associates LLC filed a complaint on Dc. 19 in the 24th Judicial District Court against Kimha Quach.

According to the complaint, the plaintiff is seeking damages for sums due on an open account. The suit states the plaintiff is seeking $15,757 plus interest. The plaintiff has sought amicable demand, but to no avail.

The defendant is accused of sums due on an open account.

The plaintiff is seeking all reasonable sums due, attorney fees and court costs. The plaintiff is represented by Laura Sims of Rausch Sturm in Enterprise, Alabama.

The case has been assigned to Division O Judge Danyelle Taylor.
