GRETNA – A financial portfolio company is seeking more than $5,900 in sums due.
Portfolio Recovery Associates LLC filed a complaint on Dec. 19 in the 24th Judicial District Court against Carlos Telemi Ramos.
According to the complaint, the plaintiff is seeking damages for sums due on an open account. The plaintiff is seeking payment in the balance of $5,964.34 plus interest. Despite amicable demand, plaintiff claims the defendant has remained negligent in the balance due.
The defendant is accused of sums due on an open account.
The plaintiff is seeking all reasonable sums due, attorney fees and court costs. The plaintiff is represented by Laura Sims of Rausch Sturm in Enterprise, Alabama.
