U.S. Bank National Association seeks more than $41,000 on unpaid mortgage

GRETNA – A bank is seeking more than $41,000 in sums due.

U.S. Bank National Association as trustee for NRZ Pass-Through Trust V-B filed a complaint on Dec. 19 in the 24th Judicial District Court against Junior E. Wills.

According to the complaint, the plaintiff is seeking damages for sums due on an unpaid mortgage. The suit states the defendant has failed to pay off a balance owed to the plaintiff. The plaintiff is seeking payment in the balance of $41,616.62 plus interest of 3.625 percent per year.

The defendant is accused of sums due on an unpaid mortgage.

The plaintiff is seeking all reasonable sums due, attorney fees and court costs. The plaintiff is represented by Corey Giroir of The Law Offices of Herschel C. Adcock Jr. in Baton Rouge.
