Pennymac Loan Services seeks over $119,000 on unpaid mortgage

GRETNA – A loan company alleges it is owed more than $119,000 in sums due.

Pennymac Loan Services LLC filed a complaint on Dec. 19 in the 24th Judicial District Court against Charles J. Miller Jr.

According to the complaint, the plaintiff is seeking damages for sums due on an unpaid mortgage. The suit states the defendant has been negligent in paying off a balance due of $119,779.26 plus interest of 5 percent per year from February 1, 2018.

The defendant is accused of sums due on an unpaid mortgage.

The plaintiff is seeking all reasonable sums due, attorney fees and court costs. The plaintiff is represented by Candace Miers Bowen of Dean Morris LLC in Monroe.

The case has been assigned to Division B Judge Cornelius Regan.
