Reverse Mortgage Solutions files lawsuit seeking over $145,000

GRETNA – A reverse mortgage company is seeking more than $145,000 in sums due.

Reverse Mortgage Solutions Inc. filed a complaint on Dec. 21 in the 24th Judicial District Court against Deborah Kosko Thibodeaux.

According to the complaint, the plaintiff is seeking damages for sums due on an unpaid mortgage. The balance the plaintiff is seeking is $145,144.35 plus interest of 4.09 percent.

The defendant is accused of sums due on an unpaid mortgage.

The plaintiff is seeking all reasonable sums due, attorney fees and court costs. The plaintiff is represented by Rader Jackson of Jackson & McPherson in New Orleans.

The case has been assigned to Division I Judge Nancy Miller.

The 24th Judicial District Court Case No. is 790687.
