GRETNA – A funding company is seeking more than $1,300 in sums due, alleging a customer failed to pay a balance owed.
LVNV Funding LLC filed a complaint on Jan. 2 in the 24th Judicial District Court against Sadat Muhammad.
According to the complaint, the plaintiff is seeking damages for sums due on an open account. The suit states the defendant has failed to pay a balance due in the amount of $1,353.78 plus interest. According to the claim, the defendant has failed to pay back the balance even though the plaintiff made amicable demand on November 21, 2018.
The defendant is accused of sums due on an open account.
The plaintiff is seeking all reasonable sums due, attorney fees and court costs. The plaintiff is represented by Gregory Eaton of Eaton Group Attorneys in Baton Rouge.
