GRETNA – A capital company is seeking more than $2,100 on a credit card balance.
Jefferson Capital Systems LLC filed a complaint on Jan. 2 in the 24th Judicial District Court against Edward McConis.
According to the complaint, the plaintiff is seeking damages for sums due on an open account. The defendant has allegedly failed to pay off a credit card balance in the amount of $2,116.97 plus interest. The plaintiff claism to have sought amicable demand, but to no avail.
The defendant is accused of sums due on an open account.
The plaintiff is seeking all reasonable sums due, attorney fees and court costs. The plaintiff is represented by Charles Dismukes of Couch, Conville & Blitt LLC in Metairie.
The case has been assigned to Division P Judge Lee Faulkner Jr.
