GRETNA – Capital One is seeking more than $21,000 from a customer.
Capital One Bank filed a complaint on Jan. 2 in the 24th Judicial District Court against Casie L. Boudreaux.
According to the complaint, the plaintiff is seeking damages for sums due on an open account. The suit states the defendant has failed to pay off a balance of $21,800.09 plus interest from the defendant.
The defendant is accused of sums due on an open account.
