Couple claims Jouandot Enterprises owes them more than $176,000

NEW ORLEANS – A couple is seeking more than $176,000 in sums due after a contractually obligated party allegedly failed to pay a balance due.

William C. Jones IV and Tanya Jones filed a complaint on Dec. 31 in Orleans Parish Civil District Court against Jouandot Enterprises LLC and Ronald Jouandot II.

According to the complaint, the plaintiff is seeking damages for sums due on an unpaid note. The suit states the defendant has failed to pay off a balance due on a note for $176,250 plus interest. The plaintiff and defendant allegedly entered into an agreement together and the defendant has failed to maintain the agreement through failing to pay the balance due.

The defendant is accused of sums due on an unpaid note. 

The plaintiff seeks all reasonable damages, court costs, attorney fees and all appropriate relief. The plaintiff is represented by attorney Caleb Didricksen III in New Orleans.

The case has been assigned to Division M Judge Paulette rons.

The Orleans Parish Civil District Court Case No. is 2018-13075.
