GRETNA – A student loan company is seeking more than $9,900.
National Collegiate Student Loan Trust 2007-4 filed a complaint on Jan. 22 in the 24th Judicial District Court against Latachia Langford and Clint Langford.
According to the complaint, the plaintiff is seeking damages for sums due on an open account. The suit states the defendant has failed to pay off an account balance of $9,924 plus interest. The plaintiff alleges defendant has failed to pay off the account despite amicable demand.
The plaintiff is seeking all reasonable sums due, attorney fees and court costs. It is represented by Gregory Eaton of Eaton Group Attorneys LLC in Baton Rouge.
The case has been assigned to Division G Judge E. Adrian Adams.
