NEW ORLEANS – An HVAC contracting company is seeking damages, claiming it is owed more than $100,000 for services issued to Big Yellow Construction LLC.
Airpro Services Inc. filed its complaint on Jan. 17 in Orleans Parish Civil District Court. The lawsuit states that the defendant has failed to pay off an accumulated account in the total of $100,201.72 plus interest for services issued.
The plaintiff seeks all reasonable damages, court costs, attorney fees and all appropriate relief. It is represented by David M. Stein of Pugh, Accardo, Haas, Radecker & Carey LLC in New Orleans.
The case has been assigned to Division I Judge Piper D. Griffin.
