GRETNA – A finance company is seeking more than $35,000 it claims a man failed to pay on his auto loan.
TD Auto Finance LLC filed a complaint against David McGuire on Jan. 28 in the 24th Judicial District Court. According to the lawsuit, McGuire failed to pay $35,738.64 plus interest on a loan for a 2016 Nissan Rogue. The plaintiff has made amicable demand as of May 4, 2017, the suit states, but to no avail.
TD Auto Finance is seeking all reasonable sums due, attorney fees and court costs. It is represented by Gregory M. Eaton of Eaton Group Attorneys LLC in Baton Rouge.
The case has been assigned to Division G Judge E. Adrian Adams.
