GRETNA – Lakeview Loan Servicing LLC is seeking more than $100,000 from a woman it claims has neglected her mortgage payments.
The loan company filed a complaint against Martine Janet Crawford, aka Martine Janet Crawford Moore, on Jan. 31 in the 24th Judicial District Court. According to the lawsuit, the plaintiff states that the the defendant owes a balance in the amount of $104,347.30 plus interest of 4.625 percent per year until paid. The plaintiff claims it has made amicable demands, but that the defendant remains negligent.
The plaintiff is seeking all reasonable sums due, attorney fees and court costs. Lakeview Loan is represented by Kristy Massey Finley of Dean Morris LLC in Monroe.
The case has been assigned to Division G Judge E. Adrian Adams.
