Fidelity Bank sues to collect $33,400 on man's open account

GRETNA – Fidelity Bank is seeking more than $33,000 from a man it alleges has failed to pay the balance due.

The bank filed a complaint against Ernest Walters III on Feb. 1 in the 24th Judicial District Court. According to the lawsuit, the plaintiff states that the defendant has failed to pay off the balance of $33,410.75 plus interest. The plaintiff has sought amicable demand but to no avail, the suit claims.

The plaintiff is seeking all reasonable sums due, attorney fees and court costs. Fidelity Bank is represented by Bradley J. Chauvin of Couch, Conville & Blitt LLC.


The case has been assigned to Division E Judge John J. Molaison Jr.
