GRETNA – TD Auto Finance LLC is seeking more than $51,000 from a woman it claims has failed to pay off her auto loan.
The company filed a complaint against Deadria M. Monk on Feb. 4 in the 24th Judicial District Court. According to the lawsuit, the plaintiff states that the defendant owes a balance of $51,550.50 on an auto loan for a 2013 Land Rover. The plaintiff has sought amicable demand, but to no avail.
The plaintiff is seeking all reasonable sums due, attorney fees and court costs. TD Auto Finance is represented by Gregory M. Eaton of Eaton Group Attorneys LLC in Baton Rouge.
The case has been assigned to Division G Judge E. Adrian Adams.
