GRETNA – Midland Funding LLC is seeking more than $3,000 it claims a man owes on an open account.
The funding company filed a complaint against Nicholas Avelis on Feb. 7 in the 24th Judicial District Court. The plaintiff is seeking damages in the total of $3,192.43 plus interest that the lawsuit states the defendant has failed to pay despite amicable demand on Dec. 12, 2018.
The plaintiff is seeking all reasonable sums due, attorney fees and court costs. Midland is represented by Gregory M. Eaton of Eaton Group Attorneys LLC in Baton Rouge.
