TD Bank files legal action seeking over $750

GRETNA – A bank is seeking over $750 on an open account.

TD Bank USA filed a complaint on Feb. 12 in the 24th Judicial District Court against Angela Knesel.

According to the complaint, the plaintiff is seeking damages for sums due on an open account. The suit states the defendant has failed to pay off an account balance of $759 plus interest. The plaintiff alleges defendant has failed to pay off the account despite amicable demand.

The defendant is accused of sums due on an open account.

The plaintiff is seeking all reasonable sums due, attorney fees and court costs. The plaintiff is represented by Laura Sims of Rausch Sturm in Enterprise, Alabama.

The case has been assigned to Division H Judge Glenn Ansardi.

The 24th Judicial District Court Case No. is 792135.
