Citi Finance claims woman owes $2,200 on an open account

GRETNA – A finance company alleges that a woman owes more than $2,000 on an open account.

Citi Finance LLC filed a complaint against Deborah Ann Vinson on Feb. 12 in the 24th Judicial District Court. According to the lawsuit, the plaintiff states that the defendant has failed to pay off the balance of $2,238.50 plus interest. The plaintiff has allegedly made amicable demand, but to no avail.

The plaintiff is seeking all reasonable sums due, attorney fees and court costs. Citi Finance is represented by Mark J. Chaney III of McGlinchey Stafford PLC in New Orleans.


The case has been assigned to Division E Judge John J. Molaison Jr.
