Bank seeks nearly $100,000 owed for an executory process

GRETNA – APEX Bank claims it is owed nearly $100,000 from a business owner who has failed to pay sums due on an executory process.

The bank filed a complaint against MST Enterprises LLC and Marilyn Thornton on Feb. 14 in the 24th Judicial District Court. According to the lawsuit, the plaintiff is seeking damages for sums due on an executory process. The suit states that the defendant has been negligent in making payments on an account, leaving them indebted for $99,986.63 plus interest for the payments missed.

APEX is seeking all reasonable sums due, attorney fees and court costs. The plaintiff is represented by J. Patrick Gaffney of Carver, Darden, Koretzky, Terrier, Finn, Blossman & Areaux LLC in New Orleans.

The case has been assigned to Division G Judge E. Adrian Adams.
