Wells Fargo sues man for alleged neglect on a $99,000 loan

GRETNA – Wells Fargo Bank claims it is owed more than $99,000 on the balance of a loan.

The financial institution filed a complaint against Arthur J. Landry III on Feb. 13 in the 24th Judicial District Court. According to the lawsuit, the plaintiff is seeking damages for sums due on an executory process.

The suit states that the defendant has been negligent in making payments on an account, leaving them indebted for $99,092.47 plus interest for the payments missed. The defendant is accused of sums due on an executory process.


Wells Fargo is seeking all reasonable sums due, attorney fees and court costs. The plaintiff is represented by Jason R. Smith of Dean Morris LLC in Monroe.

The case has been assigned to Division N Judge Stephen D. Enright Jr.
