Lender sues man for $78,500 due on mortgage account

GRETNA – A mortgage lender alleges that a man owes more than $78,500 on his account.

Reverse Mortgage Solutions Inc. filed a complaint against Robert K. Harris on Feb. 4 in the 24th Judicial District Court. According to the lawsuit, the plaintiff is seeking damages for sums due on an executory process.

The suit states that the defendant has been negligent in making payments on an account, leaving him indebted for $78,528.41 plus interest for the payments missed. The defendant is accused of sums due on an executory process.


Reverse Mortgage Solutions is seeking all reasonable sums due, attorney fees and court costs. The plaintiff is represented by Rader Jackson of Jackson & McPherson LLC in New Orleans.

The case has been assigned to Division J Judge Stephen C. Grefer.
