Wells Fargo sues man for alleged neglect on a $147,000 debt

GRETNA – Wells Fargo Bank is seeking more than $145,000 it claims a man owes on an unpaid balance.

Wells Fargo Bank filed a complaint on Jan. 29 in the 24th Judicial District Court against Leonardo Rodriguez. According to the lawsuit, the plaintiff is seeking damages for sums due on an executory process.

The suit states that the defendant has been negligent in making payments on an account, leaving him indebted for $146,876.82 plus interest for the payments missed. The defendant is accused of sums due on an executory process.


Wells Fargo is seeking all reasonable sums due, attorney fees and court costs. The plaintiff is represented by Corey Giroir of The Law Offices of Herschel C. Adcock Jr. in Baton Rouge.

The case has been assigned to Division N Judge Stephen D. Enright Jr.
