Construction company seeks payment for completed project

NEW ORLEANS – A construction company is seeking damages, claiming the defendant failed to pay for a completed project.

Continental Management & Construction Consultants Inc. filed a complaint against LSI Holdings LLC on Feb. 11 in Orleans Parish Civil District Court. According to the lawsuit, the plaintiff states that it was contracted by the defendant to complete work, but the defendant was negligent in paying upon completion of the work.

The defendant is accused of sums due on an open account. Continental seeks all reasonable damages, court costs, attorney fees and all appropriate relief. The plaintiff is represented by attorneys David C. Spinner of Scott, Vicknair, Hair & Checki LLC in New Orleans.


The case has been assigned to Division D Judge Nakisha Ervin-Knott.
