Wells Fargo files lawsuit seeking more than $71,000

GRETNA – Wells Fargo is seeking more than $71,000 in sums due.

Wells Fargo Bank filed a complaint on Jan. 25 in the 24th Judicial District Court against Frederick J. Bodungen.

According to the complaint, the plaintiff is seeking damages for sums due on an open account. The suit states the defendant has failed to pay off an account balance of $71,267 plus interest. The plaintiff alleges defendant has failed to pay off the account despite amicable demand.

The defendant is accused of sums due on an open account.

The plaintiff is seeking all reasonable sums due, attorney fees and court costs. The plaintiff is represented by Candace Miers Bowen of Dean Morris LLC in Monroe.

The case has been assigned to Division O Judge Danyelle Taylor.
