Westlake Services seeks over $4,100 on unpaid auto loan

GRETNA – A financial company is suing a woman who allegedly has failed to uphold a contract for the purchase of a car.

Westlake Services LLC, dba Westlake Financial Service, filed a complaint on Feb. 22 in the 24th Judicial District Court against Natashalena Holmes.

According to the complaint, the plaintiff is seeking damages for sums due on an open account. The suit states the defendant has failed to pay off an account balance of $4,123 plus interest. The plaintiff alleges defendant has failed to pay off the account despite amicable demand.

The defendant is accused of breach of contract.

The plaintiff is seeking all reasonable sums due, attorney fees and court costs. The plaintiff is represented by Gregory Eaton of Eaton Group Attorneys in Baton Rouge.

The case has been assigned to Division D Judge Scott Schlegel.

The 24th Judicial District Court Case No. is 793487.
