GRETNA – A surgical center is suing a health care corporation alleging that they were not paid for their services.

Crescent City Surgical Centre filed a complaint on April 1 in the 24th Judicial District Court against UnitedHealthcare of Louisiana Inc. According to the complaint, the plaintiff provided surgical and related care to patients and a number of the defendant's customers have opted to receive care at the plaintiff's facility.

The plaintiff, seeking all reasonable sums due, attorney fees and court costs, is represented by Gilbert V. Andry IV of The Andry Law Firm LLC in New Orleans.
