A former employee, Brandon Holloway, has filed a lawsuit against Procter & Gamble Manufacturing Company, accusing the company of discrimination and retaliation. The case was filed in the United States District Court, Western District of Louisiana.

Holloway alleges that he was treated differently than his non-white colleagues and faced retaliation after reporting violations of state law and racial discrimination within the company. He further claims that his employment termination on December 6, 2022, was an act of retaliation for his reports of illegal activities and opposition to racial discrimination.

The plaintiff also states that he had exemplary performance evaluations throughout his tenure at Procter & Gamble since starting work there on January 16, 2007. The complaint seeks declaratory, injunctive, and monetary relief under Title VII of the Civil Rights Act of 1964.

Holloway has also filed charges with the Louisiana Commission on Human Rights and the Equal Employment Opportunity Commission which are currently under investigation.
