Hard Rock Construction accused of damaging Metairie property

GRETNA – A Jefferson Parish man is seeking damages, claiming that his property was caused damages due to construction work.

Chris Farrell filed a suit against Hard Rock Construction LLC in the 24th Judicial District Court on June 6.

According to the claim, the plaintiff began to notice damages to his Metairie property in July 2015 due to the alleged negligence of the defendant in relation to the drainage repairs that were being completed on a project.

The defendant is accused of negligence through failure to monitor the vibrations during the work, failure to take actions beforehand to prevent such problems and failure to take the proper measure of care.

The plaintiff is seeking an unspecified amount in damages. He is represented by Stephen F. Harris Jr. of New Orleans. The case has been assigned to Division N Judge Stephen D. Enright Jr.
