Hall's Motorsports NOLA accused of not repairing jet ski

Contract 07

GRETNA – A man alleges he paid for repairs for his jet ski that were never completed.

Saul Martinez filed a suit against Hall's Motorsports NOLA in the 24th Judicial District Court on June 6.

According to the claim, the plaintiff brought a jet ski to the defendant on June 2, 2015, which had previously been purchased from the defendant, for certain repair work. The suit states that the plaintiff was told that the cost of the work would be $1,084.24, which the plaintiff paid in advance. The suit further states that the plaintiff returned to the defendant's service department multiple times over the year but was not given his repaired jet ski, despite alleged promises from the defendant that the work would be completed.

The defendant is accused of negligence and breach of contract through its failure to complete the work when promised and failure to uphold the warranty agreement.

The plaintiff is seeking an unspecified amount in damages. He is represented by Robert P. Blackburn of New Orleans. The case has been assigned to Division G Judge E. Adrian Adams.
