Consumer allegedly failed to pay credit card balance

GRETNA – A Colorado company claims a customer allegedly failed to pay the balance on a credit card it issued to a consumer.

Cach LLC filed suit against David M. Calico in the 24th Judicial District Court for the Parish of Jefferson on July 27.

According to the claim, the plaintiff issued a line of credit to the defendant for an amount of more than $3,000, but the defendant allegedly has failed to make payments on this line of credit.

The defendant is accused of open account against the plaintiff.

The plaintiff is seeking an unspecified amount in damages. The plaintiff is represented by Blake E. Oakes.

The case has been assigned to Division G Judge E. Adrian Adams.
