NEW ORLEANS – Regions Bank is seeking damages for an open account.
Regions Bank filed suit against Kevin D. Micale in the Orleans Parish Civil District Court on Aug. 15.
According to the claim, the plaintiff provided an equity line of credit to the defendant for the amount of more than $47,000. The suit states that the defendant has yet to make payments on his open account and is indebted to the plaintiff.
The defendant is accused of open account against the plaintiff.
The plaintiff is seeking payment of the loaned amount plus interest. The plaintiff is represented by Edward F. Bukaty III Warren W. Wingerter Jr.
The case has been assigned to Division A Judge Tiffany G. Chase.
