GRETNA – A debt collector is seeking damages for an allegedly open Citibank South Dakota NA account.
Cach LLC filed a suit against Sharon M. Farr in the 24th Judicial District Court on Aug. 19.
According to the claim, the plaintiff is the owner of the debt, which the defendant has until now failed to pay back.
The defendant is accused of open account against the plaintiff.
The plaintiff is seeking $10,255.83 in damages. The plaintiff is represented by Blake E. Oakes of Federated Law Group in Juno Beach, Florida.
